Delivery & Return

Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days. We email a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse; if it hasn't moved for two days, contact us with your order number and we'll chase the courier.

Couriers don't deliver on public holidays, so orders placed just before one are delivered on the next working day.

Enter your address in the billing details and the shipping options available for it appear under Shipment. If none appear, we can't deliver there yet.

Next-day delivery is offered for in-stock items ordered before 2 pm, where the courier covers your area. Large appliances can take a day longer.

Orders over a certain value need a signature. If you're out, the courier leaves a card and tries again the next working day.
